Co-founded by Managing Director, Tim West and four-time world champion Australian boxer, Danny Green, UBX Training began franchising in 2016 under its Australia brand UBX Training. In 2019, the brand expanded overseas with the first UBX Training club opening in New Zealand. As of 2020, there are over 80 locations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and due to open in the US and UK within the year.

At every stage of your business journey, you will be supported by a team of experts who have years of combined experience in all of the key areas required for business success, such as fitness, sales, marketing, operations and technology.
The goal with Onboarding is to introduce you and your team to our internal Business System. You will receive direct contact time with an assigned Franchise Development Manager, online training, and digital resources to familiarise yourself with the product offering. The next key outcome of Onboarding is to source and secure the right premises for your business.
The Launch is a crucial period in your business, covering the fitout, training and Pre-Sale campaign. This process begins 12 weeks before opening, and is structured through project management software and accompanied by intensive support from your Franchise Development Manager.
Upon opening, you will connect with our internal operations systems, which are purposely built for our clubs, and have been refined with the continued growth of the network. These systems will give you all of the tools you need to continue to drive your business forward. Moving forward, you will continue to work with a dedicated Business Performance Coach to identify and be coached through areas requiring development and further education.
